In a celestial dance of enduring camaraderie, the wordsmith KingBe and the lyrical luminary Ewok reunite, entwined by the gravitational forces of a lifelong bond. Their synergy, nurtured within the vibrant heart of HipHop culture, intertwines their unique musical essences and personas. Echoing the revered traditions of rap duos, these independent maestros journey back to their origins in "Poison City," Durban ZA, where their artistic roots first intertwined. Originating from the depths of a clandestine studio in 2003, these kindred spirits swiftly made their mark on the freestyle and open mic circuits of South Africa's early millennium. United by a shared history of skateboarding and graffiti artistry since their youth, their fusion of late-90s skate punk fervor and the essence of four elements of hip hop birthed a captivating synergy. Their lyrical tapestries unfold over haunting synths, resonant basslines, and the rhythmic heartbeat of classic boom bap, seamlessly transitioning between melodious refrains and razor-sharp verses. Within their verses, the interplay of comic book narratives and societal commentary unfolds like a theatrical performance, blending futuristic visions with echoes of ancient lore, all rooted in the soil of contemporary reality. Envision the rhythmic cadence of De La Soul harmonizing with the soulful essence of The Doors, and you shall find yourself attuned to the harmonious essence of their eagerly awaited resurgence.
